Welcome to Willow’s Wick Candles! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

All products are handmade in small batches using eco-friendly materials and premium ingredients.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur — this is part of what makes each item unique.
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipping via USPS.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified due to the custom and small-batch production of our items.

We take pride in every candle we create. Because our products are handmade:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review and make it right (store credit or replacement at our discretion).
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
